Buying and age
Do I need to be 18 to buy fireworks? Yes. We only sell fireworks to people aged 18 or over. We check photo ID on delivery and when you collect from the shop.
Can I visit the shop? Yes. We're at 85 Bogmoor Road, Glasgow G51 4FH. Until Sunday 9 November we're open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 4pm. From Tuesday 10 November we're open Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm, closed Sunday and Monday. We're closed on 25 and 26 December and from 1 to 4 January.
Can I click and collect? Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation.
Delivery
Where do you deliver? Across Scotland by postcode, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Highlands and the Islands (Stornoway, Skye, Orkney and Shetland). We also deliver to England and Wales on orders of £750 or more. Enter your postcode at checkout to see your delivery price, or see our Delivery page.
Is there a minimum order? Yes. It's £150 for most of Scotland, £249 for Edinburgh, and £750 for England and Wales. Free delivery starts at £299 in Glasgow, £499 in Edinburgh and £499.99 in the Highlands and Islands, and is free over £1,000 in England and Wales.
When will my order arrive? Put your postcode in at the checkout and you'll see every delivery option for your address, with the date and the exact charge, before you pay.
When do I need to order by for Hogmanay? Thursday 18 December is the last day to order for New Year. The carriers do not run between Christmas and New Year, so anything after the 18th will not arrive in time for the bells. You can still collect from the shop up to Christmas Eve.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland or Forces addresses? No, we can't deliver fireworks to Northern Ireland or to BFPO and Forces addresses.
What does Pre-Order mean? The item is on its way to us. The date on the product page is when it'll be ready to send. You can order now and we'll send it as soon as it arrives.
Our fireworks
Do you test your fireworks? Yes. We test and film every firework before we sell it, so the video on each product page shows what you'll actually get.
Are your fireworks legal in the UK? Yes. Everything we sell is BFA-compliant and meets UK consumer firework rules.
When can I set off fireworks? Between 6pm and 11pm. On Bonfire Night (5 November) you can set them off until midnight, and on New Year's Eve, Chinese New Year and Diwali until 1am.
Returns
Can I return fireworks? Because fireworks are explosives, we can't accept returns of opened or used fireworks. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with a photo and your order number, and we'll replace or refund it.
