Midnight Hero Selection Box
A selection box is the easiest way to put on a proper night without having to plan one, and Midnight Hero gives you 26 pieces to work through — a mix of Roman candles, fountains, mines and a Catherine wheel.
That mix is the point. Fountains and mines sit on the ground and throw upward; Roman candles fire one shot at a time so they last; the wheel spins at eye level where children can actually watch it. You get variety and a natural running order rather than committing everything to one fuse.
509 grams of content across the box, nothing above a 12mm tube, and an 8 metre safety distance throughout — a normal back garden will take it. Category F2.
A sensible order: open with the fountains while people are still coming outside, run the candles and mines through the middle, and put the wheel up last. Roman candles need burying a third deep in firm ground or strapping to a stake, and the wheel wants fixing to a solid post — never a fence panel.
